Not at the present time. All baking is carefully prepared in a home kitchen, allowing us to focus on quality, freshness, and personalized service.
All cakes are made as a two-layer, 10-inch round cake. Upon request, cakes can also be prepared as a single-layer 9x13 sheet cake. Half-cakes are available upon request as well.
We use Earth Balance® butter for our dairy-free baking. Please note that it contains soy. If you are interested in a vegan butter option that does not contain soy, alternative options can be discussed upon request.
We use King Arthur® Gluten-Free Flour in our gluten-free baked goods to provide excellent texture and flavor while accommodating gluten-sensitive customers.
